During today’s session of the D7 conference, hosted by Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher, Plastic Logic CEO Richard Archuleta provided an update on the company’s eReader device - expexted to come to market in early 2010.
Some highlights:
* Looks similar to Kindle DX, but it has a touchscreen
* User turns pages with swipe gestures
* Supports PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
* Will have both 3G wireless and WiFi capability
* Targeting business users to set it apart from the Kindle
